Fringe Season 3 spoilers

I am about 4-5 episodes in, Fauxoliva is in the normal universe and the real Olivia is in the alternate universe thinking she is Fauxoliva.

Does FauxOlivia have the same powers (Being able to switch between universes without problems) as Olivia?

If not, how did they get back to the normal Universe without Olivia's powers?

Man, I have a feeling this will get more and more complicated...But I am liking what I am seeing
