Ravens lost a few key players on Defense. I love Ray Rice, QB is stable, WR is nice. Not sure on the Defense.
Steelers, also getting long in the tooth. Polamalu is starting to get dinged often. RB is a question mark unless I missed a free agent pick up. Big Ben lost Wallace.
I just think the Niners and Seahawks are young, and hungry and built for the next few years without salary issues, young stable QBs
