there are plenty of recipes/good home versions out there. I was surprised Lori, at least, didn't mention that. (also surprised she never mentioned QVC for the belts , when talking about the need for them to be demo'd - that's what they do!)
I know these eps are recorded several months in advance; but even by early last year, cupcakes (and mini bundt cakes) were less boom-y. macarons took over some of that (to a point - some are ridic. spendy), and now eclairs and profiteroles are making at least somewhat of a move.
