ok ST geek squad ... if I wanted to set up a web page type of thing for "an official poll" (for a class project i'm doing), what's the easiest way?

i want to set up just a basic thing with maybe 10 to 15 questions (probably a basic multiple choice thing) for a project that I'm working on.
Is there an easy website set up option where I can just go in and plug in some things and then run with it?
