got one at bat yesterday, and walked. Had someone run for me.

While playing catch getting a pitcher warmed up, something popped in my good knee.

I was home today because the knee is swollen and making a crunching noise when I bend it.

I have an appointment tomorrow, best case scenario is that I have fluid in there and they will drain it and give me a cortizone shot, the worst case scenario is I tore something in there and will need surgery on it.

fuck me harder, will ya?
