STIS: Is this chicken safe?
Posted by

I defrosted some chicken in the frig last Wednesday. Then I put it in a ziplock bag to marinate (Soy sauce, rice vinegar and Schirrca sauce).
One thing lead to another and I haven't cooked it. Is is still safe to cook?

I probably would not eat it. 6 days is a long time for chicken -- nm

Yeah I will toss it, besides 6 days on that marinade is going to make it taste awful -- nm
