would orange work with red brick? I'm always concerned about mixing red and orange

I never know if they work together.
I would not mind adding some color since my appliances are white and my furniture will be neutral. The only color I have is the one brick wall. I just don't know how to work it it or complement it. (Green is the complement of red, but I don't want a Christmas apartment)
