I'm trying to figure out everything Anders and Ellen said. I won't get into the Daniel speculation part.

1- So the humans in Kobol created the original cylons (centurions) and also the final five?

2- Was it explained why there was a nuclear war on Earth? I don't know if I lost that info.

3- Were the final five the only cylons that could resurrect on Earth? All others were centurions? I also don't know if that was indeed explained or not.
