the male vs. female reminded me of something I thought of this morning. I see Teslas regularly, sporty and sedan; but I don't recall seeing a female

driver so far. mostly not-that-young men.

first thought would be that men spend more on cars in general (and notsoyoung ones, google/apple-type $ aside, have the money to spend); but, in this area, there are a lot of female drivers for other spendy cars and regular hybrids, so not seeing even one* is odd.

I wonder if the lack of known long-term reliability is a thing or if, in general, fewer women want to deal with plugging-in.

(*I know, just my anecdotal observations; but I've seen at least several dozen now - there also seems to be a more than typical number of them that have personalized plates, so it's easier to tell they're different. this morning's new one was NIKTSLA.)
