but what do I know. I never heard of that rule nubby mentioned last time of you supposedly not knowing what is in your letters of rec, so maybe there is some regional difference I am not aware of. I used to work for Monster, and I have never heard of such a rule.

I would say just give your most recent experience. Who cares about skills/experience you gained five years ago vs. today, if it's all the same? To me, what matters is which is most up to date.

      - as I said before, I've seen it both ways for recs/refs. calls/emails are more common than letters for corporate jobs, in my experience. - b! May 1, 21:46
