  - Eh, when I worked in college recruiting, we had a site where people routinely submitted their letters of rec themselves. - con_carne May 1, 20:50 2
    - as I said before, I've seen it both ways for recs/refs. calls/emails are more common than letters for corporate jobs, in my experience. - b! May 1, 21:46
