I heard an interview with them a couple of years ago - the wagon was memorable, as was the method.

sf has several really well-reviewed specialty ice cream places. I've not made it to any, for better or worse; but we do have a couple of our own in this area, for better or worse. ;) - (really, I'm usually strong and have ff froyo more.)
