B2 Ender: Still on BSG (spoils)

I gotta say I'm still confused on everything it was revealed. Maybe things will get more clear on the next episode.
But I'm sad Baltar and the Six kinda of lost their relevance in the series. They were my favorite characters.
One last thing. Now that Gaeta was killed, I'm wondering if producers will reveal what Baltar told Gaeta in Season 3 that lead to Gaeta almost killing Baltar.
