This is bugging me. If Ft. Myers is the foreclosure capital of America, where are the waterfront homes at firesale prices?

My MLS searches aren't turning up anything reasonable.

there's not a lot of ocean homes in Ft. Myers. There are a lot on the rivers that run into the ocean....

Foreclosures are bank sales. I don't know that bank sales are in MLS listings. -- nm
