that's a little rich for my blood .. i'm in the process of leveling up my 8th gov res to lvl 8 (9 towns total including the palace town)

just started the upgrade a couple of hours ago ... i think 9 towns is max for me right now ... time toe expand a couple of city halls and consolidate what I have
