I can't figure out the car he found in Tennessee. It's just sitting there, and it can self-drive? Huh? If he took it from the AIM agents, they would have been able to lock onto it and nuke it from orbit, no?
As for destroying all the suits, I do think he destroyed every last one. And I don't think for a moment that he couldn't build a new, better one in less than a week. In fact, he may have already had a design in mind (hence keeping the Dunce).
Jarvis (and Paul Bettany as his voice) are indeed awesome, and I quite liked that they showed the limits of the AI: "I already had the flight plan, sir."
And SHIELD would have been on scene the moment Tony gave out his address ... or at least after the incident at his house.
