I looked, too, because the writer's was for everyone, including, iirc, herself in a mirror; but it looks like it can be non-full, too, which would likely apply more to him, since he doesn't say he doesn't recognize angelina or his kids.

(I remember this from "the man who mistook his wife for a hat," too.)
