take into consideration what could happen and be impactful, just what already has.

iirc, we talked about this from a more scientific approach a while back, and it ended-up being somewhere in the northern plains maybe? blizzards but lower pop. density and no potentially huge disasters - earthquakes, fires, tornados, hurricanes.
