April 7 was my first day at the gym. Since then (so, 6 weeks or so), I've lost 6.8 lbs. Not a huge amount, but I can deal with 1 lb/wk.

That's eating as I normally do (read: like crap), but going to the gym 5x/wk.

My plan to eat better starts June 2nd (the day after my birthday). I'm guessing I'll lose considerably more once I start eating better.
