Oh, I agree. Eat healthier and you increase the benefit of exercise.

We are doing a lot of chicken, with salad. Taco salads with no chips or corn products. Right now I am off of the paleo so I can eat chicken noodle soup with my cold.

We are doing a lot of salad and I am trying tons of new things to try and keep them from getting boring. Cilantro is a new herb I have been adding to change it up.

You are getting there. That is awesome for you
