do we feel like talking about mandy's new work laptop? I have two choices that are essentially the same except that one is 12.1" and one is 15".

here's what you need to know about me:
1) I rarely work at home. when I need to work on a weekend, I just link into the office. I work late rather than take my laptop home.
2) when I do work at home, though, it's in excel (obvs).
3) my laptop stays docked 60% of the time. 40% of the time, I'm in meetings and it's with me in them; usually in meetings I am projecting to a screen, not looking at my own.
3a) often those meetings are in a building a mile away, to which I walk unless it's raining.
4) my current machine has a 14.1" screen and is bulky to carry.
5) in my office, I use my laptop screen as a second screen, but I'm getting another monitor when I get my new laptop. I plan on using my laptop screen once I have two external monitors for a university application that I use half-screen now, so I can easily resize it to full screen.

I should get the smaller machine, right?
