I agree with that. The major problem I had with it was (spoiler)

when he raced through the streets and wrecked the limo. There's a broken hydrant, no traffic, he picks Chow up, puts him in the trunk, drives back to Caesar's Palace - and no cops *anywhere*.
I can suspend some disbelief, but that was *really* bad.
Also, the not very funny part. But it was a good story.
