Oh, pulled pork report

In the end, frankly, I don't think I could tell any difference for having added the rub once the sauce was added.

However......
I ended up sampling a lot of the pork as I was pulling it, and goddamn did that rub really work with the meat.

Next time, I may not even worry about adding the sauce....that made some of the best pork I've ever had.
