This item has solar charger, hand crank charger, rechargeable battery pack, takes AAA also, weather radio, AM/FM, LED light, and can charge your cell phone via the solar or hand crank (important if you need to text friends/family with no power.

I bought one today to back up our other one in our disaster supplies back.
