yeah, I got a FB friend who frequently posts crap, Look at the traffic heading out of florida since they required drug testing for welfare

yeah right, the state spent 160 M for the tests, found 2% used drugs saving the state about 60k
and, it turns out the Gov who pushed the thing through OWNED the lab that got the test contract (he transfered it to his wife and changed the name) and I wonder how many millions he got in profits.
