opposite: the salon owner last week told me in e-mail that they don't usually offer free re-do's for people who purchase groupon-type offers, even when the re-do is because of a mistake made by a stylist/colorist. the receptionist had acted like she was doing me a favor, which I found baffling; but I now see where it originated.
