I have to say that I'm a bit surprised with the almost universal love of port wine cheese. My gf said she can't be left alone in a room with it, she'd devour it all. Everyone I ask love it.
It sounds gross to me and I'll likely never try it. But I have to say I didn't expect so many people to like it.
