Based on what I saw in the previews and thinking it over, this is what I think *should* happen in the finale, though a few things might not occur:
1) Balon Greyjoy dies; Yara & Balon's brothers arrive for Kingsmoot
2) Ramsay Bolton reveals himself to Theon (and rises above bastard status)
3) Bran & Co. meet Sam, who helps them through the Wall (do they meet Coldhands as well, maybe?)
4) Tywin gloats at Small Council, Tyrion tells him they're all idiots
5) Davos helps Gendry escape Melisandre
6) Arya/The Hound meet the Mountain. The brothers fight, The Hound is gravely wounded. Arya leaves him dying and gets on a boat to Braavos.
7) Joff & Margaery wed, he is poisoned at the feast; Tyrion is accused.
8) Jaime returns, learns of Joff's murder, thinks Tyrion is innocent.
9) Wildlings vs. the Night's Watch
10) Daenerys cuts Jorah Mormont loose
11) Stannis gathers his forces to go North and align with the Night's Watch
12) End shot - Lady Stoneheart revealed
