Organic food isn't pest resistant because it contains natural pesticides.

If it is pest resistant it's for other reasons like being a different color or shade or variety that isn't attractive to the pests. Or it's sitting next to a plant that it likes better. Or just being a healthy plant.
Organic fruit and vegetables are not a different breed of plants, they're plants raised using different methods. The same plants can be raised using "conventional" methods or organic methods.
Organic plants do not contain internal pesticides.
