... as a back-up.

Some of our contracts do have a renewal fee, but the owner pays that. Those are contracts that have a leasing fee (which is a lot more).

- Granted, the repair would be paid by the owner so it does not "hurt" the management company, so it may not be good for leverage. - Spawn Jun 5, 07:49 2
