MrsCY used to do PM for a bank here in California and she's never heard of such a thing. They offer a service for owners and their costs should be

figured into the fee for that service. This is like the pool guy charging the tenant for extra cleaning supplies.

Plus, $95 ???

All they do is pull the old lease, drop in a new date, print, mail. It takes 30 seconds.
