Whether they're picking a side and attacking, or trying to break it up.

A lot of times, you gotta let the kids have their little street fight and get it out of their systems.

I am as guilty of this as anyone else...I will also join the fray and pile on. I know I shouldn't...but I do it anyway.

But I think when something breaks out...if everyone not directly involved were to just stay out of it...the issue would resolve itself much more quickly and with a better end result.

Course that's just my opinion...I'm probably wrong.
