instead of the ongoing comparisons of badness on both sides to see who has the bigger/worst list, i wish there'd be a thorough cleaning and a top-down reculturization (is that a word?) so that it will outright be unacceptable for *any* badness to be occurring or even thought of.

i know, i dream.
