the tracks themselves struggle to make money. No one really goes to the tracks anymore on a consistent basis.

OTB does pretty decent from what I know. I could be wrong, all I know is the money pool for Belmont is pretty damn high compared to other tracks across the country. They're payouts are consistently higher for bets
