I checked too and this will be his 11th season. Too many years to qualify buy he's close. He's got more complete games than I've ever seen from

His first four seasons were unremarkable and iirc he got some help with his pitching motion and became an entirely different pitcher. -- nm

Few of those are injury shortened too. If he can pitch at a high level to 36 or 37, I think he has a very solid case. -- nm

I'm betting he takes a big contract in 2011 that gets him the attention needed over three years or so that push him over the top. -- nm
