we bought a dirt cheap propane grill, over the years have replaced the burner twice and the grid 3 or 4 times, OK for just a couple or so

we always have a real hot spot, like a glory hole, then the rest is just waiting area, which is fine cause mom likes her steaks over done adn I like mine sorta browned on teh outside.
its helpful to get a 2nd tank cause you always run out at the worst times.
refill at a an actual tank station, don't exchange at the corner 7 11 cause they exchange tanks but they don't say how much and are known to have only 4 gallons instead of five. (varies when the price goes way up cause its easier to put less in the tank than adjust all the prices)
look for a old funky tank, you can exchange an old one for a new standard one for less than buying a new one (they charge for the new nozzle but the 7-11 clerk or home depot clerk ain't going to bitch that jeez dude did you get that from a scrap yard free box?)
