Here In WA there's less incentive to invest in public stuff, like they Viaduct they want to remove, normally all those open vistas would propel real..

estate investments, look at what happened to the San Fran water front when they took down that freeway between the wharfs and warehouses, now its condomania and restuarants and very valuable tax paying property. In Seattle? they don't get anything more out of it.
