Don't get me wrong, I thought she was very good - she is definitely a very good actress. (spoils)

I just can't figure out that nomination.
She spent the first half of the movie crying/screaming and saying the 'this is not my son/where is my son/find my son' stuff. (understandable.) Then she spent the last half of the movie staring at various people, either scowling or with tears in her eyes. It just didn't seem nomination-worthy to me.
