That's true, but it's kind of an open issue ... we can't resolve it either way due to lack of evidence.

No way to narrow down the scope of the claims, no way to winnow out the truthiness of it. We can't start a witch hunt over it.
I've done one of the things in my power to prevent it from happening in the future, I hope: adjusting the robots.txt to delist us from Google.
