He used somebody else's computer, I don't know who. He put his number because when a tenant refers another tenant, the referrer gets a free months rent after a certain length of time.
He wasn't there when they filmed at the house, and the 312.50 got taken down anyways. He lives in the second house.
I have never used a computer at either house to connect to the internet. They don't have internet connectivity.
I highly doubt somebody who won't even use Craigslist would stumble upon this site and spend so much time reading and searching to figure things out. It is much more likely somebody from this site called him when his number was posted. The simplest explanation and all that.
