but "for security reasons" they're issuing me a new card, and I haven't gotten it yet. In the meantime, I've made a payment which has been taken out of my checking account, and applied to my balance on the new card, which I don't have yet. Fortunately they haven't shut off my old card completely yet, they only restricted online access to the account information, but I don't have very much room left on it because I was expecting the payment to go through!
Gah!!!!
