well, any speech advocating violence should be shut down, but a speech outlining the basic beliefs of any religion, i don't think should be.

i'd be quite happy to hear someone muslim, or jewish, or buddhist, explain their basic beliefs to me in a public speaking forum.

i wouldn't want to be told i was WRONG for not believing them, but learning about it would be interesting.
