Yes, I agree it is mostly over-blown. She seems to be oblivious to how her words and actions affect others, but not really racist.

By that I mean, I doubt she hates any group of people or actually discriminates against them.
In any case, I understand the Food Network not wanting to deal with it all and just letting her contract expire.
