WM has been in contact with me absolutely. And he has worked hard to further our standings in pirates. Had I not been so busy at work this last week (and in RL) we probably would not have come to this impasse.
You all know I value everyone's input, that I'm really just there to guide, not to dictate. I have some things I try to do, goals I want us to achieve, but that's all shaped by Leadership in conjunction with my own thoughts. I have been talked out of and into things all the time because of input from others. I try to put thought into this. It's actually an interesting ongoing set of lessons for me in group dynamics and how to achieve goals with that group. I'm not perfect but I do try and think we've achieved some modicum of success.
