While this is true, and I hope it doesn't sink the company...

it isn't the only problem. They may have dumped the (at least at the time) cheaper HFCS too soon. They didn't have a cola until recently, which I think kept them more of a niche product. And they are don't really keep their website very up to date, something I think is more important for them than larger companies. Especially the product information.
I think that if there was a large enough demand for sugar over HFCS to the general consumer, some of them would have found and gravitated towards Jones. I think for the most part, Coke drinkers drink Coke and Pepsi drinkers drink Pepsi. One of them changing sweeteners won't be enough to make a noticeable swing in market share.
Now, the people that did seek out the Jones stuff (and the other non-HFCS stuff like Mexican Coke) will probably be all over it.
