Good idea. I got a pair from Timberland at the Salvation Army and they're my favorite pair now.

So much lighter than any other pair I've owned.

i've been looking at thinner shorts, underwear etc.. cotton stuff take up so much space.

24' is lots of room! check out PPL motor homes.. they have used ones, lots of pictures. give you a good feel for the price and what you can get.
