24' is lots of room! check out PPL motor homes.. they have used ones, lots of pictures. give you a good feel for the price and what you can get.

and they're in Houston, so if you found something and wanted me to go take a look, i could.
if you go older, you can get a great deal.. motor home owners are fickle and want the newest and trendiest look. something with a sloped front will sell for way less than a bus looking thing.
