So, we set a goal for my kid that if she read 2,000 minutes by the end of the summer we would buy her some American Girl accessory she wanted.

Yeah, she hit that mark today. She's been out of school less than a month.

She's now negotiated a 4,000 minute mark goal as well, but she's got other things going on that we don't think she'll make it. Of course, we thought 2,000 would be a stretch.

Stupid smart kid.
