that he doesn't see Don's leave of absence from the agency as a permanent firing.

he also said he didn't think this was Don changing his ways, but merely arriving at a point where he can look himself in the mirror and see that there's a problem.

while i think the bi-coastal push and pull will still be there next year, i think it will focus on whether Don takes advantage of this opportunity to fix things, or if he is truly beyond fixing
