No, the story is that a number of people have commented that the character looks like Ellen Page.

So someone on reddit asked her about it. All the articles (that's the second/third very similar article on this, with only her AMA as a source as far as I can tell) seem to indicate that she had previously known about this before being asked the question, which I'm not sure was the case. She's not pleased as she's now promoting an upcoming game she actually did allow the use of her likeness (as well as her voice, and use of motion capture). I'd be a bit annoyed as well.
That said, I'm one of few who doesn't see that much of a resemblance.
